Designing new pages and redesigning existing ones within Cox Communications' web presence. Cox is one of the largest telecom providers in the US, and the work focused on expanding and refreshing their site while staying true to an established design system and evolving brand standards.

My role
UI designer on the Cox account, working alongside a team of designers to build and refine pages from initial concept to client presentation. I translated briefs into designs that fit the existing system, reworked pages based on client feedback, and presented work directly to the Cox team.

Cox Business wanted to establish itself as a thought leader in the AI space. The project centered on a landing page promoting the AI Business Playbook, a digital download aimed at business owners looking to understand and act on AI.
The page covers the book, the author, and why it's relevant to business owners, with a direct PDF download built in. Cross-promotional assets across the Cox Business site and a connected PR campaign supported the launch.

The landing page needed to do two things: inform and convert. That meant leading with a clear value proposition, making the author and content feel credible, and keeping the path to download as short as possible.
Everything was built within Cox Business's established brand guidelines and existing design components. Cross-promo placements across the Cox Business site extended the reach, driving traffic back to the page from users already in the ecosystem.
