my Role & Contributions
my Role & Contributions
Collaborated with a team of designers across Residential, Business, and Mobile, translating briefs into on-brand designs, iterating based on client feedback, and presenting work directly to the Cox team.
A key focus was promoting Cox’s wireless plans to existing customers, encouraging adoption as an extension of their current services.
I used imagery-led modules and a clearer content hierarchy to make mobile offerings more visible and discoverable within the broader Cox experience, while maintaining consistency with the established design system.

The page wasn’t clearly communicating its strongest selling points. Potential savings compared to national carriers were buried in text, while cross-sell opportunities for existing internet customers were easy to overlook.

Highlighting the Value
Highlighting the Value
With potential savings buried in text, Cox’s strongest selling point wasn’t getting the visibility it deserved. I repurposed an existing component into a side-by-side pricing breakdown, making the cost difference compared to national carriers easier to understand at a glance.

Restructuring the Experience
Restructuring the Experience
Cross-sell opportunities for existing internet customers were easy to overlook, and key information lacked a clear hierarchy. I reorganized the page into distinct content groups covering plans and devices, bundle savings, coverage, and support. Trust signals moved higher to build confidence, while a mobile-first approach and imagery-led modules made content easier to scan and mobile offerings easier to discover.

Making Savings Tangible
Making Savings Tangible
The repurposed comparison module became one of the strongest elements on the page, turning Cox’s cost advantage into an immediate visual comparison rather than something visitors had to read to understand. It reinforced Cox’s affordability while working within the existing design system.

Creating a Clearer Path
Creating a Clearer Path
Combined with the reorganized layout, the page shifted from a dense list of features to a clearer path toward switching or bundling services, all while remaining within Cox’s established AEM component library.

Problem
Problem
Support resources were spread across Cox’s support site and the RingCentral site, requiring customers to navigate between the two to find the information they needed. The landing page aimed to bring these resources together in one central starting point.

Designing for Customer Needs
Designing for Customer Needs
Customers often turn to support when something isn’t working as expected, making clarity and ease of navigation especially important. I focused on creating a straightforward experience that helps customers find relevant support articles quickly, reducing friction when they’re trying to resolve an issue.

Refining the Experience
Refining the Experience
I migrated the existing page to UI8, Cox Business’s updated design system, while refining the content hierarchy to help customers find relevant support more easily. For example, I prioritized support resources and clarified their visual hierarchy so customers could quickly identify where to go for help, without having to scan through less relevant content.
